1. Position: Contracts Engineer
Type of Projects: Oil and Gas EPC Projects
Period: Apr ‘10 – to – Date
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Subcontract Execution plan for project and KPIs.
• Discussion with Project team and finalization of Subcontract Plan and KPIs.
• Monitoring Subcontract plan, amendments and variation with reference to Budget.
• Preparation and Monitoring Subcontract Liabilities and forecast on Monthly basis.
• Preparation of Bid strategy and Subcontract agreement templates.
• Bid negotiations to meet project and Client / Owner goals and budget.
• Preparing and Evaluating Proposals.
• Execution of project subcontract agreement.
• Assisting project team in resolving subcontractor disputes, claims, and performance issues.
• Managing Subcontract Administration process.
• Closeout all subcontracts in accordance with the Project Procedures.
2. Position: Projects Engineer
Type of Projects: Multidisciplinary EPC (Turnkey) Projects
Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing, executing, and issuing project Subcontract Agreement and Variation Orders.
• Claims Evaluation for subcontractors.
• Contracts and Sub – Contracts Management.
• Managing Construction and Project Execution.
• Managing all subcontracting works (contracts, progress monitoring and controls).
• Review the technical documents from vendors / Subcontractors.
• Claims Preparation / Evaluation including Extension of Time (EoT) Claim, Accelerated Program Claim.
• Leading the team of Quantity Surveyors for on-site Quantity Surveying, Day – Work Sheet Preparation and Control using Project Management Control System (PMCS) techniques.
• Project / Maintenance Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring.
• Preparation of Project Master, EOT, Accelerated Schedules and Weekly / Monthly Project Look Ahead.
• Project Critical Path Analysis / Project Delay Analysis
• Resource Planning, Monitoring and Optimization.
• Budget Optimization
• Cost Controlling of the Project.
• QC Co-ordination for Preparation of ITP
• Responsible for overall execution of project as per the sub contract agreement and liaise with Client for variation in scope and general issues.
