• Prepared techno-commercial offers for industrial valves
• Negotiated with actuator manufacturers for reducing prices and lead time
• Liaison with the marketing team during the bidding stage to secure orders

Achievements:
• Initiated the development of an inner coating (corrocoat) for the valves used in highly corrosive environment. It was developed for the purpose of securing order for JGC-Manifa project for Saudi Aramco

• Managed the production of valves to achieve the monthly targets
• Handled client interactions for TMBV and Floating Ball valves
• Interacted with the logistics department for the timely shipment of the returned goods and for the payment to the freight forwarders
• Handled customer complaints and developed corrective action reports

Achievements:

• Handled projects worth USD 2.3 Million for FLUOR and SNC-Lavalin
• Our client, Flowserve Canada, appreciated our efforts in the timely delivery of TMBV valves for Jubail Acetyl complex. This was a challenging project in that it involved the development of a new seat and body material as the operating environment was extremely sour
