To set-up the Base Logistics Warehouse in Libya.
Co-ordinate with the internal departments (Electrical, Plumber, Pre Cast & Workshop) on their request material and part.
Work closely with the local on the incoming and outgoing shipments and delivery. (Shipment Agent)
Motivate the local (Libians) and foreigners (Bangladeshi, Thais and Filipinos) members to achieve objective goals

Develop and execute monthly and quarterly inventory count report to the Finance Manager
Perform monthly stock take and audit
Ensure that the warehouse is properly organized and safe for working environment
Oversee the import and export shipping operation functions
Responsible for reports regarding warehouse items
Follow-through incoming and outgoing delivery & shipment
Manage daily logistic and operations of warehouse, including updating of stock and annual stock take, using Inventory Management System (Excel Format)
Leadership qualities and experience in leading a team of staff
Arrange and coordinate domestic transportation
