• Supervision and inspections according to the project specifications and procedure.
• Following Quality control and Quality assurance plan.
• Monitoring, Receiving, Witness and surveillance inspections.
• Co-Ordination with Production/Construction & Engineering departments.
• Daily Inspection plan, preparation of inspection requests, scheduling and witness inspections.
• Preparation and reviewing inspection documents.
• Verification/Reviewing all departmental documents, sub-contractor, contractor, vendor, material manufacturer documents.
• Physical Inspections in shop, field (Site) and vendor locations.
• Preparation of Daily Reports (D.R), Monthly Report (M.R), Site Discrepancy Report (SDR), Non Conformance Report (NCR).
• Follow-ups and closure of discrepancy and non-conformance reports.
• Co-Ordination with all level Q.C Inspectors i.e. sub-contractor, main-contractor, vendor, 3rd party and company.
• Reporting to superiors (Q.C Engineer/Q.C.Manager/Team Leader/Operations Supervisor&Manager).
• Material and equipment/instrument calibration follow-ups and documentation.
