TECHENICAL EXPERIENCE:
FIVE YEARS: with Engro chemicals Ltd Daharki Ammonia plant. (2000 -2005)
Till date: with OMV Pakistan Exploration (G.m.b.H)

OMV Pakistan Exploration (G.m.b.H) now a day I am working at Miano / Kadanwari Gas Field situated in Distt. Khairpur Sindh.
It is UOP Seperax Membrane Base Plant. This gas processing plant was installed in 1995 for the removal of following impurities from natural gas.
• Water
• Heavy Hydrocarbon.
• Carbon-dioxide.
• Hydrogen-sulphide.
I have worked on the following facilities at OMV
• Computer based Wormald Fire & Gas / ESD system.
• SCADA & Remote control well head telemetry system (Lintott).
• Gas Purification system Removal of CO2 by UOP (USA).
• Membrane Technology as per Quality specified by SSGC Pakistan.
• UOP Memguard Adsorption Unit. H2S Polishing Unit. (Catalyst used Zinc oxide). Dew Point Control system by JT effect.
• Operation and Control system of Nouvo Pignone multistage compressor, G.E Turbine driven (PGT-25) MARK-V controlled.
• Commissioning and Operation of SOLAR TURBINE / Dresser Rand Compressor.
• Commissioning of Superior Engine & Compressor by Cooper.
• Commissioning/Operation of Vent Gas Incinerator.
• I was also involved in commissioning of above units. I am well versed with the operation & trouble shooting of Turbines, Heaters, Exchangers, Centrifugal & Reciprocating Pumps and Compressors.

ENGRO CHEMICALS PAKISTAN LIMITED
Working experience as a "Process Plant Operator” in Ammonia Plant at Engro Chemical Pak Ltd (Former name: - EXXON Chemical Ltd.) From 15/03/2000 including two year training till 2005, have worked on all units of Ammonia-2 plant here at ECPL.
Ammonia plant is Bechtel Company design and has production Capacity 1500Mt/day This Plant was extended twice in 1993 & 1998 respectively. This plant has a TDC-3000 control system and also equipped with ESD
I have independently worked on following Units:
• Gas desulphurization (Sulfur Removing System).
• Pre, Primary& Secondary Reforming System.
• High and Low temperature Shift Conversion Reactors.
• CO2 Removal System.
• Ammonia Synthesis System.
• Compressors Section, Having heavy duty Centrifugal Compressor of Synthesis/ Ammonia & Process Air.

QUALIFICTION:
1. Matriculations in first Division in Science Subjects.
2. FSc. with Pre-Engineering in first Division
