• Maintain Welders Continuity Records
• Ensure work as per approved welding procedure and monitor welder performances.
• Prepare RFI as per schedule Q requirement in QMIS system and if any violation find, raise NCR or Proactive Notification or Don’t Say It-Write It
• Perform pre-welding, in-process welding and post welding inspection.
• Preparation and verification of weld map and welding summary
• Review of consumable storage procedure
• Verification of electrode issuance as per the approved procedure.
• Perform in-process and final inspection using NDT methods for which certified by Saudi Aramco.
• Review all test reports including NDT, Daily weld production and material record.
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly inspection reports and other information covering work accomplished.
• Co-ordinate with Saudi Aramco PMT and PID Inspector concerning project status and quality aspects.
• Co-ordination with third party NDT inspection approved by client inspection.
• Co-ordination with client inspector for final inspections for Hold and Witness Point inspection.
• Inspection and testing of valves as per approved procedure.
• Maintain calibration records of inspection measuring and test equipments
• Pad leak testing as per applicable codes and standards.
• Site surveillance to check the construction work and give some comments if necessary according to standard installation.
• Preparation of the MTO and inspection of fabricated pipeline spools as per isometric drawing.
