I have 22years (14 years in Gulf Countries) of experience in different fields of Erection, installation, maintenance and shutdown of petrochemical plants and heavy metal industries and maintenance of Fresh Water Treatment plants like Reverse Osmosis, Demineralizer Plant, Water softener, Sewage and waste water treatment plants and other Membrane Separation Filters (MSF) indifferent chemical and petrochemical industries like Indian Oil corporation Limited, Bemco Hydraulics and jacks, Sabic Groups Saudi in polyester and PTA and CTA (Petrochemical) and Weir Engineering Services Company (WESCO).

Technical Qualification:
ľ I.T.I (Mechanical Fitter)
ľ N.A.C (National Apprenticeship Training)

Educational Qualification:
H.S.C (Higher Secondary Certificate) from Belgaum, Karnataka.

Computer Knowledge:
ľ Proficient in use of PC including Microsoft office software & Internet.

Work Experience: Work is performed under the direct supervision of the Mechanical Engineer. The job involves in Maintenance, Troubleshooting and Repair of a wide range of Mechanical Devices in Chemical, Petrochemical, Petroleum and Oil & Gas Industries. Also involved Construction projects.

Expert on the following type of equipments and machineries.
All types of pumps (centrifugal, reciprocator, screw and roto pumps etc), Blowers,
Compressors, Gear boxes, Reactors, Pressure vessels such as Evaporators and crystallizers,
All types of heat exchangers, all types of valves (ball valve, butterfly valves, gate vales) and
other penstocks.
