• Technical Support to the Supervisors and technicians as and when required in field to solve the maintenance Problems.
• Directly Involved in Four Annual Turn Arounds of Process and Utilities Plants as Quality Assurance Engineer (QA/QC) for Heat Exchangers , Vessels ,Columns, Drums ,Tanks ,De-aerators,Boilers and Reactors.
• Prepared Job Plan and Executed the Bolt Tensioning of Reactor Product Feed Exchangers(Floating Head Type) on 50% Bolt Tensioning Method .
• Worked as QA/QC Engineer for the Torquing of Oxygen Mixing Nozzles and Glycol Exchangers.
• Reviewed the order Levels of Spares for Stationary and Rotating Equipments as required by the Management for the Optimization of the Maintenance Cost.
• Technically evaluation of Venders’/suppliers quotations for the procurement of “on demand” as well as Stock spares.
• Review and Approval of Vender’s Drawings for the spares Modifications and for the Replacement of Obsolete Equipment by up graded Equipment.
• Worked as Concept Development Team Leader (CDTL) for Preparation of Concept Development Package (CDP) during Equipments Design Change Review (DCR).
• Technical co-ordination with contractor for out-sourced Maintenance of Equipments.
• Prepared Business Plans for the Each Fiscal Years.
• Assisted Chief Engineer in Carrying out the SHEM-03-02 Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMP) Audits.
• Assisted the Chief Engineer in Preparation of Capital as well as revenue budgets.
• Involved in Commissioning of Turbines for Forced Draft Fans during SHARQ Utilities 3rd Expansion.

“ Maintenance Workshop Experience ”
Worked as Deputy Manager (QA/QC) in Mechanical Workshop of Pakarab Fertilizers.
Assured the Maintenance Quality of following Equipments during the Overhaul:
a. Transmission Gearboxes,
b. Prilling Machine Assembly.
c. Globe Valve, Non Return Valve (NRV), Plug Valves, Gate Valves, Butterfly Valve, Diaphragm Valve etc.
d. Centrifugal Pumps, Vacuum Pumps, Plunger Pumps, Piston /Dosing Pumps.
e. Calibration / Maintenance of Pressure Safety Relief Valves.
f. LT/HT Motors.
