Thesis Title: ˇ§Synthetic, Electrochemical and Optical Studies of Some New Thiophene Based Conjugated Polymersˇ¨.
Research study involves the design, synthesis and characterization of few new series of donor-acceptor type conjugated polymers based on 3,4-disubstituted thiophene. Further, their redox, linear and nonlinear properties have been investigated using suitable techniques for their applications in PLEDs and nonlinear optics.
