ENGINEER: (Paper & Board Mill Division)
Responsible for the electrical and electronics breakdown and preventive maintenance of Paper and Board Mill, which includes Fiber Line Plant (FLP), Chemical Recovery Plant (CRP), Chemical Thermal Mechanical Plant (CTMP), Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Bleaching House (B/H), Straw Preparation Plant and five Paper and Tissue Machines.
1 Preventive Maintenance of Electrical Installations.
2 DCS and PLC Troubleshooting.
3 Troubleshooting of Ac & Dc variable drives.
4 Troubleshooting on Paper Machine.
5 Electrical Troubleshooting on Steam & Diesel Power
Plant.
6 Troubleshooting of H.T (11KV) and L.T compressors.
7 Troubleshooting of Instrument process control loops
like FIC, PIC, LIC, TIC and QIC loops.
8 Troubleshooting of QCS of ABB 1190, 1180 and
Honeywell Scanner.
Technical Skills:

1 Hand on experience of repairing of Ac and Dc drives.
2 Hand on experience of preventive maintenance.
3 Hand on experience of 11Kv & 3.3Kv Motors.
4 Hand on experience of Allen Bradley PLC 500 series.
5 Hand on experience of Siemens PLC such as S5 and S7.
6 Hand on experience of ABB DCS such as Mastering
System, AC410 and AC110.
7 Hand on experience of Siemens and ABB frequency
drives.
8 Intallation and Troubleshooting VFDs such as Simovert
Master Drives, Flow star, Minister and ACS600,ACS 800
etc.
9 Installation and Troubleshooting of VSDs like DCS 500
and Reliance Analog Drives.
10 Hand on experience of Diesel and Steam Power Plants.
11 Hand on experience of Wartsilla Diesel Generators
12 Hand on experience of Electrical installations,
Troubleshooting, Paper and Tissue Machines.
13 Installation, calibration and testing experience on
temperature, flow and pressure transmitters.
14 Hand on experience of motor overhauling.
