Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure Company’s Quality policy is understood by all.
2. Implement all Quality Procedures at the project site.
3. Liaise with Designers and Client/Engineers in all the matter related to implementation of works as per designed or if there is any modification needed as per site conditions allow.
4. Reports and coordinating to Project Manager on all issues related to quality matters and proper schedule of works so as to not compromise the quality of works.
5. Issuance and follow up of Advice of Defects or Non-Conformance Reports if there is any works not in accordance to procedure and specifications.
6. Daily monitoring and coordination of works of the Subcontractors assuring that the works are in accordance to the Project Quality Procedure.
7. Materials Inspection as per delivered on site complying with approved document submittals and detailed drawings.



STRUCTURAL DESIGN ENGINEER

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible in preparation of Method Statements (to be submitted to consultant for approval) for rectifying defects encounter during construction.
2. Conducting joint actual inspection on the site with the Consultant for checking the quality, completeness and correctness of all the structural activities on the site for their approval.
3. Responsible in providing Structural Design based on computations whenever the consultant needs some revision on the structure.
4. Responsible in checking and revising the Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) whenever there is some changes in the details as well as ordering and scheduling the quantities to be delivered at the site.

 Registered Civil Engineer, Philippines
 Excellent communication and computer skills and proficient with MS Office Applications.
 Been working on a Construction Company for almost 9 years.
 Wide experience as structural designer of residential and high rise commercial infrastructure using soft wares like STAAD Pro 2004. Other construction programs like Primavera Project Planning are also knowledgeable.
 Knowledgeable on interpretation of contract drawings and preparation of Shop Drawings using AUTOCAD software
