• Dealing with bunker of vessels from F.O, D.O & L.O as well as monitoring the scheduling of bunker suppliers/quantity in coordination with bunker suppliers.
• Scrutinizing development of work, quality and safety aspects and advising operations engineer of any development resulting in changes of project schedule and project execution sequence.
• Overseeing major activities pertaining to logistics management for any technical shipment, in addition to dealing with the issuance and follow up of orders to suppliers.
• Managing the standard charts of products for each vessel of Bunker, Lubes and Paints companies.
• Liaising with the Technical Manager and Procurement Manager, and ensuring the completion of work in alignment with set standards, offer, drawings and procedures.
