Senior Startup and Commissioning Manager: Successfully completed the start up and commissioning of the Saudi Electric Company (SEC) Qurayyah2B Power Plant Simple Cycle Project. Plant consists of 15xGE MS7FA gas turbines/H2 cooled generators. (EPC project).

Associated BOP equipment commissioned: 20MW Emergency black start diesel plant,H2/N2 generating equipment, multiple fuel gas boost compressors, turbine distillate fuel handling systems (unloading, pumping, & filtering), station water treatment facilities, building HVAC/Chillers, plant fire protection (Water pumping systems and FM200), sub-station switchgear (Including system stability testing), transformers, lighting, GE DCS/BMS.

Designed and tested multi-spool gas turbine turbo-shaft/turbo-propeller aircraft/helicopter engine controls.

Designed gas turbine control system hardware and control system retrofits. Specific work included designs for wet and dry low NOx (GE DLNI, II) combustion systems (Included GE fuel regulator, GE Speedtronic Mark I, II, IV, and V controls). Also designed control systems for multi-shaft mechanical drive gas turbines used for pipeline gas compressor and oil well seawater injection pump applications.

Installed and commissioned numerous multi-unit GE gas turbines for power plant and mechanical drive applications (Natural gas compressors, crude oil and well head water injection pumps). Performed scheduled gas turbine major overhauls and inspections worldwide
