HSE Coordinator or HSE Advisor work station

Management, analysis and issue of incident and accident reports (analysis by the method Tree of causes), daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities reports.
Safety induction for new personnel and subcontractors providing, the necessary information to the personnel on the various dangers related to work and development of the preventive intervention and action plans.
Broad knowledge of the processes of gas and oil installations especially inside treatment facilities and plants as well as in the offsite fields like wells and manifolds, good experience in the supervision of work at various locations wells surface installations and wells services (work over, wire line, slickline, fracturing, perforation, coiled tubing, clean up, clean out & well testing...)
Reliable experience in the field of site construction (lifting, Handling, civil construction and engineering)
Control and application of the regulation and standards related to hygiene, safety and of environmental protection (ISO-9001 / ISO-14001)
Promotion of actions and techniques of improvement of the prevention of risks related to the occupational hygiene, the health of workers, the safety of installations and environment.
Participation in the development of HAZOP plans, jobs procedure & risk Assessment.
Participation in the update of HSE regulations.
Follow-up plans of conformity of sites and plan of Management of the environmental protection.
Audit and control the respect of HSE regulations.
Periodic reporting of HSE assessments.
Development of procedures for major risks prevention.

-Engineering degree in Environment and Industrial Process obtained from the Faculty of Engineering Science.
-Technician in Safety industrial Material Maintenance from the the Maghreb Union School.
-Senior Technician in computing for Management of data base systems from the Institute of Professional Training.

-Lifting and Handling / First aid / Fire Protection in NAFTOGAZ
-Defensive Driving in the British School Driving Standards Agency DSA.
-Fire Fighting in EGZIA.
-Standard H0-B0, (Training in electrical low tension) in the Inter-companies Center of Industrial Training CIFI.
-English Beginner & English Elementary, Trainings in literary Cycles beginning and elementary English in SYKEN COLLEGE.
-SMART PROGRAM CERTIFICATE, Certificate of success in the Program SMART / HSE at "INTERNATIONAL NABORS DRILLING LIMITED"
-Training of Guarantor of Tree of Causes at Technical Institute in FARAL Villeurbanne/France.
-Scaffolding Auditor, Training of controller and auditor of scaffolding at the Technical Institute of Training in Height “ITFH" in Nanterre / France.
-Safety at Works, Training on safety in industrial work at the Algerian Petroleum Institute “I.A.P”

-Computing Skills,
Programming in BASIC, COBOL, FORTRAN, ACCESS, GW-Basic and text processing in Word and Excel.

-Loosened of any military commitment.
-Holder of a Driving license Category "B"

-Arabic: Mother tongue.
-French: Fluent advanced level.
-English: Beginner level.
