Hands-on experience as a Third party inspector, distinctively been a Lead auditor for ISO 9001:2000 QMS, Conversant with International standards ASME, ASTM, ANSI, DIN, API, BS, Shell DEP, PDO SP & ARAMCO SAMSS.
1) Raw material inspection - Review of Test certificates with respect to Standards & P.O
2) Witnessing Mechanical test in laboratories - Tensile, Impact, Hardness & Bend test
3) Witnessing HIC & SSCC test in laboratories
4) Inspection of GRE/GRP pipes and fittings
5) Inspection of valves, pipes, fittings, pressure vessels, skids, tube bundles etc.
6) Fit up Inspection, Welding Visual Inspection, welding parameter monitoring.
7) Review of Radiographic films, Witnessing Ultrasonic tests, PT and MPT.
8) Witnessing of Pressure testing of pipes, vessels & valves (Hydro/Pneumatic).
9) WPS, PQR review and approval, Welder Qualification test witness.
10) Review and Approval of Inspection test procedure.
11) Review of heat treatment charts/PWHT procedures.
