At Year 2001~2003 and 2006~2010 worked at PT Surya Besindo Sakti as a Project Engineer/Manager and at year 2003~2006 worked with PT Patra Fabrikasi, Indonesia; with main job and responsibilities:
• Preparation Fabrication Planning and Scheduling
• Preparation Project Report to Management and Customer, according to Project and Client requirements.
• Monitoring & Expediting Material Procurement.
• Monitoring & Expediting Engineering Documents, Construction Activities, highlight and comment irregularities and propose corrective actions.
• Preparation manpower histogram, S-curve and work loading.
• Prepare detailed plans for fabrication of oil and gas equipment especially for pressure vessel, air cooled heat exchanger, shell and tube heat exchanger, single buoy mooring (SBM), skid, structure if required.
• Preparation Monthly reports to internal company and customer.
• Familiar with planning software such as Microsoft Project.
• Control all activities in the project.
• Arrange project execution system in project team as a guidance in execution a project.
• Arrange good communication and relationship with customer.
• Arrange good communication and relationship with subcontractor.

At 2008~2010 worked at PT Surya Besindo Sakti as a Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Health, Safety & Enviroment (QHSE) Manager beside as a Project Engineer/Manager with main job and responsibilities:

• Preparation Quality procedure, such as: Inspection & Test Plan, Fabrication Procedure, etc.
• Dimensional Inspection on Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger, Air Cooled Heat Exchanger, etc.
• Manage QA/QC personnel in project execution: NDT personnel, Quality Inspector, Document Control, Welding Inspector, Painting Inspector, etc.
• Manage subcontractor for NDT, PWHT or third parties.
• Arrange client inspection following ITP and fabrication procedure and also arrange MIGAS in hydrostatic test.
• Preparation Quality Management System Manual, Procedures and Working Instruction refer to ISO 9001:2008 International Standard.
• Preparation Safety (HSE) Management System Manual, Procedures and Working Instruction refer to ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 International Standard.
• Arrange company registration & certification to perform QMS and HSE audit.
