•Being assigned at SS-2, SS-4, Pelangi Bravo, Toba, COSL 221, and COSL 222 workover barge from March 2007 – Present in CNOOC SES Ltd field for ESP repair job, stimulation & fracturing job, fishing job, TCP & DST, wireline perforation job;Being assigned at Sapta Well Snubbing Unit, Pelangi Bravo Barge in CNOOC SES Ltd field for oil well recompletion job on November 2009; Being Assigned at COSL 221 for Gas Well Completion Job on February 2010

Job Description :
Ensure a safe workplace for all CNOOC SES Ltd contractor and service company employees working aboard CNOOC SES.Ltd Barges and ensure there are no pollutions spilled into water and air; including sound; Controll the safety precaution for oil spill pollution and reporting to Head of Safety Drilling and Completion Department; Conduct safety training and assist workover supervisors with assistance doctor onboard in conducting employees’s on the job training (OJT); Controll the emergency response procedure implementation and evaluate for emergency drill conducted on board; Organize and ensure tool box meeting, Pre Job Safety Meeting well conducted on board; Supervise and involve in field operation to achieve QHSE of Drilling and Completion Department Target;Responsible for the administration including daily, weekly and monthly report and all important safety documentation; Socialize all incident and accident occurs in CNOOC SES Ltd and other company, CNOOC SES Ltd regulation and procedure to all contractor and service company employees on board;Reporting of all incident and accident report including unsafe condition, near miss report to Head of Safety Drilling and Completion Department and taking corrective action to be implemented on board as well; Ensure all the company and QHSE regulation and policies well conducted on board and implement HSE Violation procedure for any deviation.
