„« From Honey Well got training for DCS & Simulation.from UOP
„« Commissioning of whole new condensate Refinery .Consisting on Plate forming,wih UOP.
„« Gas sweeting with amine sour gas, High pressure seperators & Low pressure seperators handling.
„« CCR, CycleMax, Naphtha Hydro treating, Kero/Gas oil Hydro treating, Condensate, Cap condensate unit & scrubber.
„« I got training from UOP & LG as well as courses for the initial start up of the whole startup.(commissioning & pre commissioning activities)
Responsibilities:
„« Working on panel with Honey Well DCS & RMPCT control system.
„« Handling gas treating of high H2S through amine absorber unit.
„« Handling of the maintenance jobs with respect to equipment like compressor, Pumps, Exchangers etc. Their isolation, Draining, Purging, Electrical isolation, Verifying of permits. As well as shutdown activities.
„« Drive refinery product production units Reformate, Kero, Gas oil for shipment.
„« Working on APC system.
„« Worked on RIS (Refinery information system).
„« Worked on SAP (System application products). A proven ability to apply innovative and cost-effective ways of working is expected.
Troubleshoot field and control room processes and equipment using appropriate test equipment and diagnostics.
„« Provide work direction and technical assistance to team members.
„« Maintain maintenance logs and prepare work reports.
„« To comply with all company Health Safety & Environment.
„« To participate in the identification of possible solutions in process problem areas, which will analyze operating reports & discussing problem items with the department concern.

„« Diploma of associate engineer in mechanical technology.
„« Diploma in computer science.
„« Two years apprentice ship in Refinery as Refinery Technician.

In 15 years experience I received a lot of training course from my both
Organization like First aid, Steam, Air hazards, Heater Firing, work permit, Chemical
Processing,H2S awareness, Radiation awareness ,Refinery Safety Induction,
Fire Extinguisher, Emergency Response Plan, Breathing Apparatus, Environmental awareness, Radiation protection, PID's, PFD's, cause and effect diagnosis, pre-commissioning, commissioning and operations procedures.etc.

I have two years Apprenticeship and 15 years experience of Refinery , and oil&gas Plants in the capacity of Operator ,Sr Operator ,Dcs Operator.
Presently I am working with Qatar Petrolium refinery as a DCS operator.
Sour gas sweeting with Amine. Handling HP seperators, LP seperators as well.
I did commissioning of plateformer unit with UOP Qatar
I did commissioning of Naphtha hydrotreater unit with UOP Qatar.
I did commissioning of condensate refiney with LG Qatar.
I did commissioning of Cap condensate refiney with LG Qatar.
I have got DCS training Honey Well by UOP Qatar
I have got unit start training by UOP in Qatar
I have got Safety Training Safe Work Othurization.
I have got Hazard of Steam Training,a lot of other refinery process,PTW,HSE , etc.
I have got Appreciation Certificates as well.
I have worked 5 years with NATIONAL REFINERY LIMITED as a Process Operator.
