Working as part of the Business Development Team.
Handling installation, commissioning & operations of multifaceted projects.
Implementing systems & procedures to reduce rejection levels and ensuring compliance with various industrial quality standards.
Anchoring on-site erection & commissioning activities and ensuring completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilisation to maximise the output.
Monitoring progress, controlling quality & cost control & undertaking the quantity survey.
Supervising project activities & overseeing complete project management cycle entailing requirement gathering and final execution of projects.
Preparing proposals, planning and scheduling projects in coordination with Technology Suppliers.
Supervising activities for the set up standards with accountability for strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational goals.
Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget.

Joined as Senior Engineer and rose to the position of Executive Manager-Production in Apr’06

Sep’98 – Jul’03 Kothari Petrochemicals Limited, Karaikal India

Joined as Junior Engineer and rose to the position of Process Engineer in Mar’01 through a series of promotions.

Oct’96 – Jul’98 Tamil Nadu Chromates &Chemicals, Ranipet,
Joined as Graduate Engineer Trainee and rose to the position of Production Engineer
