2 years from 09/1996 until 09/1998 :in a chartered accountant firm :
Auditing missions;Accountancy keeping of many companies.
4 years from 10/1998 until 04/2002 in : MMC (MAGHREB MEDIA CORPORATION) specialized in audio visual production ART ( Arab Radio & Television)in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer; my duties were:
Keeping accountancy;Preparing balance sheet and annual financial statements;
financial analysis including balance sheets;Manage relationships with banking and other partners;Manage foreign exchange risks ;Keeping taxation management of the firm;Monthly financial and accountant reporting to the Head Quarter controller in ART JEDDAH.
