Controller, Finance Manager, CFO

To be part of a Company working worldwide as a Controller or Finance Manager or CFO.

1. Assure an accurate, reliable and timely reporting on which the Management can base its decision making;
2. Responsible to improve permanently, the existing internal control systems to manage business risks;
3. Managing the foreign currency risk exposure of the company;
4. Coordinate the cost and price formation;
5. Secure the fulfillment of financial control processes for conformity with legislations;
6. Develop and permanently improve controlling tools;
7. Independently lead and execute the financial statutory and IFRS processes of business legal entities in Brazil, ensuring highest standards of accounting, controllership and compliance;
8. Cash Flow, Budget and Long Range Plan development and analyses;
9. Transfer pricing legislation knowledge;
10. Implement and manage necessary efforts to constantly comply with SOX standards;
11. Experience with multiple reporting and accounting systems;
12. Preparation of the local Tax Return and assistance on the preparation of the Foreign Tax Return;
13. Manage the relationship with external Regulators as well as the different external and internal audit teams;
14. Imports and Exports of goods and customs knowledge;
15. Day to day accounting activities on Brazilian, Angolan and Nigerian and IRFS rules;
16. Lead monthly and quarterly closing of the books.
17. Responsible for coaching, mentoring, training and developing the team.

Computer Skills: Proficient: Windows and MS Office; User of integrated systems (SAP, SUN, BPCS, Navision, Starsoft, KLG, Sage)
