Job Description : Reporting to Commercial Manager

• Job Profile:


 Surveying the site and estimating the total work volume and preparing the material take off lists (MTOs).
 Estimating the quantity of materials, manpower, equipments, other facilities and the budget required for the project.
 Implementing procedures for attaining maximum possible productivity and efficiency.
 Preparing activities/progress flowchart and manpower histograms in line with client project-plan and the Contract requirements.
 Monitoring weekly progress and plan attainment, including progress percentages.
 Monitoring and reporting progress against the acceptable baseline plan at regular intervals as directed by the Project Managers and/or Client.
 Assisting in establishing and maintaining document control routines. Ensuring efficient recording and expediting of documents and drawings and tracking of progress benchmarks.
 Providing design and engineering services if required by the Project.
 Ensuring compliance with project procedures and help prepare dive / work and mobilization plans.
 Following up project expenses against approved budgets and develop proposals for any extra funds requirements.
 Developing appropriate computer program in liaison with “Information Technology & Computer Services Department to tackle the duties more efficiently.
 Suggesting and implementing necessary procedures and strategy on manager’s approval.
