Job Summary: Provide calibration services for customers (in-house and on-site calibration jobs).

Duties and Responsibilities (present work):

• Performs calibration of Temperature and Humidity, Mass and Balances, Pressure, Force, Electrical, Dimensional instruments & Particle Counters. Also for other instruments that needs calibration as instructed by the Technical Manager.
• Prepares all reference standards to be used in performing calibration as well as all necessary documents before and after calibration.
• Formulate & calculate uncertainty of measurements for different calibration jobs.
• Conduct intermediate checks and preventive maintenance monitoring to ensure the accuracy and functionality of all reference standards.
• Conduct verification for liquid analysis (spectrum analyzers, viscosity and density).
• Conduct on-the-job calibration training for new calibration staff.

Job Summary: Provides technical assistance to customers and marketing personnel regarding the department’s product lines specifically Mitutoyo measuring equipments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Installs and calibrates all Mitutoyo measuring machines such as Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), Vision Measuring Machines, Form Measuring Machines, Hardness testers and small tools like height gauges, calipers, micrometers and other gauges.
• As a calibration engineer, I conduct intermediate checks and preventive maintenance monitoring to ensure the accuracy and functionality of all reference standards.
• Provide technical assistance and training on Mitutoyo application software’s to customers as well as to marketing staff.
• Renders after-sales service (such as repairs) on all Mitutoyo measuring equipments and other highly technical products being supplied by the department.
