June 2009 – May 2010: HR Project Coordinator (Global) - SAIPEM Corporate Office – MILANO

Project manage an HR Global Project for SAIPEM - Subsea Division
• Analyse and prepare the project proposal and associated budget for an integrated shared service provision of Remote Operated Vehicle (ROV) Subsea Personnel across the Subsea Division of the Saipem Group.
• Review operational needs to provide the senior management with a complete GAP Needs Analysis of the Subsea Division requirements with regards to future personnel planning.
• Prepare Cost Analysis Summary for the return on the potential investment to the BU Management.
• Overall responsibility to manage the execution of the ROV Development Project – coordinating with Operational Management at all the various sites and locations.
• Prepare a detailed technical training program for the ROV Development Program.

June 2007 – May 2009: HR Development Manager - SAIPEM Angola Group of Companies – LUANDA, ANGOLA

Deputise to the Saipem Angola HR Manager for all Human Resource activities for SAIPEM subsidiary companies and branches in Angola.
• Project Manage and prepare the Angolanisation/ Local Content Programs for all companies and projects.
• Prepare local contracts of employment, salary scales and conditions of service in line with Angolan labour laws and Corporate Human Resources standards.
• Revise all Human Resources local procedures and work instructions in line with Corporate standards.
• Develop and define the companies’ Organisation and subsequent job descriptions/ profiles for all sites and departments.
• Manage and train the local HR personnel in all the necessary Corporate Human Resources Tools and supervise their subsequent implementation in country.
• Manage & identify the local critical positions, key resources and management potential.
• Assist in evaluation of local Senior Management Promotions.
• Supervise the preparation of the companies’ annual training and development plans to be in line with the Angolan Ministry of Petroleum requirements and SAIPEM Corporate Angolanisation targets.
