Analyse and prepare the project proposal and associated budget for an integrated shared service provision of Remote Operated Vehicle (ROV) Subsea Personnel across the Subsea Division of the Saipem Group.
Review operational needs to provide the senior management with a complete GAP Needs Analysis of the Subsea Division requirements with regards to future personnel planning.
Prepare Cost Analysis Summary for the return on the potential investment to the BU Management.
Overall responsibility to manage the execution of the ROV Development Project coordinating with Operational Management at all the various sites and locations.
Prepare a detailed technical training program for the ROV Development Program.
