Civil Engineer

A challenging and stimulating job in a field of Civil Engineering, where I can use and expand my skills, and draw on my knowledge to help benefit an organization.

Three week training in Orascom Construction Industry in Cairo, Egypt.
•Scheduling and planning for a project by Emaar Misr in North Coast of Egypt (Marassi).
•Cost Control and Quantity Surveying for the same project.

Six weeks field experience as a Site Engineer for Arabtec in Dubai, UAE. Responsible for:
•Completing the construction of blockwork in six underground floors.
•Checking progress of blockwork, structural clearance, paint and plaster applications, tiling, structural openings, and screed completion for all floors. (Including service rooms and toilets.)
•Scheduling meetings, preparing daily activities for the foremen and workers, and performing daily checks on progress of the work.
•Communicating professionally with other Engineers, managers, foremen, and workers.
