• Witness of hydro testing and making inspection reports.
• Performing and witnessing of welder qualification test.
• Liaising with customer inspection and third party inspection.
• In process inspection at various stage of fabrication and Final Inspection with client.
• Inspection of installation for Cathodic Protection (CP) System for Oily Water Sewer (OWS) underground pipelines.
• Inspection of Blasting, Coating & Wrapping and Performing the Holiday test for the Wrapped pipes.
• Inspection of GRE pipe joining and lamination.
• Inspection of the HDPE / Geomembrane liner joining and welding method.
• Participating in the Internal and ISO quality audits.
• Attending regular progress review meeting with clients.
• Site coordination with staff and other activities.
