Senior Mechanical Maintenance Technician/ QAQC/ Mechanical Supervisor

• To seek new challenges in maintenance of rotating equipments in an international petrochemical, oil and gas companies which effectively utilizes my analytical troubleshooting skills. •

1. Reconditions, modifies if necessary, overhauls and installs various types of mechanicals seals.
2. Locks and unlocks LOCK-OFF system of tank agitators before performing any maintenance on its gearbox, motor and mechanical seal.
Conducts preventive and corrective maintenance and condition monitoring on the equipments mentioned above, documents records and submits reports to the supervisor for accurate information
Performs work in the most efficient and workman-like manner observing safety procedures and making sure that the cause of the problem is known and corrected through the application of KT-ATS techniques
3. Performs skilled maintenance works, repairs, installation, troubleshooting, modification, machining, overhauling, balancing and testing on a wide variety of mechanical and rotating equipment including pumps (ex. LPG vertical pumps, horizontal pumps and submersible pumps), compressors, turbines, internal combustion engines, tank mixers, gearboxes, fans, sootblowers, skimmers, scrappers, moppers, PSVs, and hydraulic equipments, etc. at Offsites, Utilities, Onsites, Motorpool and in the machine shop.
4. Applies SAP in scheduling of work activities, withrawal of replacement parts, and proper documentation of all work status.
