Project management Engineering lead role in project execution

30 years of experience in Instrumentation in Oil / Gas(16 years) & Petrochemicals(14 Years) projects of reputed companies i.e., Reliance, India, ZADCO, ADMA-OPCO, Abu Dhabi & SABIC, Worley Parsons.

Currently I am working with Worley Parsons as PMC Instrument & Control Engineer for Oil & Gas Brown Field Projects with ADMA-OPCO. I had extensive experience in Oil & Gas projects with ZADCO.

My recent petrochemical experience includes most responsible position as Lead Core Q Captain-Instrumentation under Shell Global Solutions OIP (Operational Integrity Programme) for world’s biggest Petrochemical project www.saudikayan.com by SABIC consisting of 9 plants like Utilities, Olefins, EOEG, HDPE, LDPE, Phenolics, Amines etc. dealing with 9 EPC contractors in Singapore, Korea, China, Taiwan, UK, Europe.

I have extraordinary combination of experience with major oil / gas / petrochemical projects of world leading companies like Reliance India, ADNOC ZADCO, ADMA OPCO, SABIC at various stages of grass root, brown field, debottlenecking projects in various roles of Project management, Maintenance, Engineering, Technical Support.

I am well conversant with followings.

• International standards related to Instruments, control systems & SIS.
• Different phases of project like conceptual studies, FEED, ITB, engineering, procurement, construction & commissioning.
• Engineering deliverables from EPC contractors Viz. Instrument index, hook ups, loop diagrams, control valve/orifice sizing selection, instruments specs/selection, DCS/SIS/PLC specs/selection, logic narratives, Logic diagrams, cause & effect diagrams, Control system architecture/network design, HAZOP review, SIL, SIS design, PIMS.
• Intools, Instrucal, Shell SIF Pro, Meridian RIS software.
• Detail design /selection of Fire and Gas system & its components.
• FAT / IFAT of DCS/PESS/PLC systems in Singapore/Korea/Europe.

technically competent in Control Systems, DCS, SCADA, RTU Systems, SIS (Safety Instrumented Systems), ESD Systems, PIMS (Plant Information Management System), Control System Security, Control Valves, Custody Transfer Systems, Anti-Surge Systems, Turbine/Compressor Shutdown Control System, Gas Turbine Control System & Fire/Gas systems, CMMS systems like SAP/MAXIMO.
