• Controlling the activities for drilling labours and heavy equipments (Cranes, Forklift, Trucks) according the safety rules.
• Planning and controlling the material and personnel movements at jetty.
• Marine operation of supply boats movement between off-shore rig & Jetty.
• Crew changes for all service companies either by boats or helicopter.
• Coordination with security departments for all security permits of personnel and equipments related to drilling.
• Managing all administration activities for staff , contractors and heavy equipments . on hire and off hire for supplying boats.
• Direct and co-ordinate stock control requirements
• Ensure stock is available and... maintenance of minimum stock levels
• Balance stock holding, availability and cost.
Working within the warehouse area and storage pipe yard utilizing computerized inventory system to accomplish tasks. The framework and boundaries are associated with a large-scale warehouse and yard based- inventory system and the operational port that the client uses.
