To Achieve A Challenging & Responsible Position In An Organization Involved In Engineering / Planning / Designing / Consultancy or EPC Business In Oil & Gas Sector and Offers Maximum Exposure To Technical As Well As Managerial Skills.

• Preparation of PFDs, PIDs, line designation table, equipment list etc
• Development of process specifications for the process equipments
• Process Simulation
• Perform calculations and develop data sheets for pumps, compressors, separators and other vessels etc
• Conduct hydraulic calculations for existing and new process systems
• Sizing calculations of pipelines and associated equipment including tanks, vessels, separators, control valves, relief valves and pumps.
• Design of Chemical Injection skids, storage systems
• Design of Oil Sumps
• Design of Oily water sumps
• Design of oil and gas well heads (HIPPS & PDHMS)
• Generate, review or validate relief scenarios and/or sizing of safety relief valves associated with the project.
• Generate as necessary heat and material balances for new operating conditions
• Generate process equipment data sheets
• Technical bid evaluation of Pumps, Compressors, tanks, Scraper Launchers & Recievers, Jibcranes, Chemical Injection skids etc.
• Participation in HAZOP STUDY, Lessons Learnt Implementation(LLI) Session, Value Engineering
• Preparation of Hazard Identification List
• Perform and/or review calculations, drawings and specifications for new equipment.
• Review of Surge Analysis Report
• Identify and gather necessary operating data for existing equipment so as to determine capability of existing equipment at new operating conditions.
• Coordination and correspondence with client, vendor, internal departments.
• Prepare manhour estimations for tenders.
• Occasional site visits
• Assistance with tender packages including tender documents, scope of work etc.
