I'm looking for a QA/QC Engineer position.

My name is Mircea Catana and my previous company is Sakhalin Energy Investment company (SEIC) at Booster Station 2 central Sakhalin island as QA/QC engineer for the client, during the construction of this crude oil pumping and gas compression process facility. The project is now complete and I been demobilize in December 28, 2009, I am actively seeking a new project position for 2010 and I am available for immediate start. Working for Shell/Gasprom (Sakhalin Energy Investment Company, Ltd) as a Direct Hire, formerly I was employed through Orion.

Before I worked in Kazakhstan for 5 years: 2001 until 2005 (see attached CV for full details)
1) Karachaganak (Aksai) - Unit 2 Project - 18 months; position: Welding Inspector
2) Karachaganak (Aksai) - Infield pipe line Project - 12 months; position: QC Engineer
3) Karachaganak (Aksai) - KPC Project - 6 months; position: NDT Coordinator
4) Tengiz - Kulsary Pipeline Project - 24 months; position: QA/QC Engineer

and in Russia I have had 4 years experience: 2005 up to December 28, 2009:
1) Sakhalin Island (Smirnikh) - Sakhalin II Pipeline Project - 22 months; position: QA/QC Supervisor Spread 2B
2) Sakhalin Island (Gastello) - Booster Station 2 Project - 24 months; position: QA/QC Engineer

As a QA Engineer I have near 10 years experience, working in Pipe Mill manufacturing facility.
I'm qualified also to NAKS III, in Russia (Welding Engineer) level III, in addition to holding Internal Auditor qualification for Quality Systems in accordance with ISO 9000 series, and have a MSC degree in Metallurgical studies. I also have Russian language skills to near fluent level.
