• Process plant equipments/ control/ shutdown system, online maintenance with safe practices and minimum down time. Able to monitor and report to improve the performance of instrumentation and control system.
• Usage of test equipments for the calibration of various measuring parameters.
• Overhauling of control valves, actuators, safety relief valves.
• Spares management, quality control/ as built documentation and plant updates.
• Control system- TDC-3000(Honeywell), Yokogawa centum-xl, GE Speed tronic and Dresser Di-tronics.
• Functional checks, FAT and commissioning jobs
• ESD systems- Honeywell FSC-102, Modicon 984/584 series and Relay based.
• Turbo machinery -Rolls Royce industrial Avons/ Dresser compressors, Ruston TA-1750, HSDE/Allen Bradley PLC-5 /RS logix based unit control system, SCADA, MMI (wonderware).
• Woodward governor controls, Digicon/Foxboro Antisurge control systems.
• Bentley Nevada 7200, 3300 and 3500 vibration monitoring systems.
