Learned principles of High Pressure Acid Leach (HPAL) technology such as theories, process flows, key features, and interpretation of process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)

Made contributions in the achievement of the plants nameplate capacity for the year 2007 (10,000 dry tons of nickel) by maximizing flow rates at the assigned areas of control, maintaining good reactions, minimizing nickel losses at the downstream processing, and optimizing the use of chemical reagents such as H2S gas, limestone, slaked lime, caustic soda, and flocculant
Presently in-charge of making new Standard Operating Procedures as well as revising the old ones for Process B (Downstream Process)
Officially appointed by the Plant Manager as member of the ISO Steering Committee for the implementation and certification of ISO Standards on Integrated Management Systems (Quality and Environment)
