SCADA and Telecom Project management

- Telecom and SCADA Project, - Maintenance of Telecom and SCADA system - Electrical project.

From September 1999 to May 2006:

-Telecom Project Engineer with SONELGAZ (Algerian Company of electricity and Gas) for project BCC Oran (Central Office of Control) SCADA/DMS provided by AREVA France. The Telecommunication network consist of a system PDH ALCATEL, Radio rural WLL SRT, THALES TETRA with router and switch CISCO, analogical MDS and PABX ALCATEL 4400.

From May 2006 to Marsh 2009

-Project Manager of 4 Automation Systems SCADA/DMS provided by SIEMENS. The
Telecommunication network consist of radio Digital MDS.
-Project Manager of new Electricity equipment provided by SCHNEIDER for 20 stations HV/MV and MV/MV (33 and 12 Kv) with protections SEPAM 80. There stations will be integrated in System SCADA SIEMENS with RTU ( Remote Terminal Unit) VATECH ( protocol IEC 870-5-101).

From April 2009 to day

- Head of Telecom and SCADA Department (I Manage a team of 16 Engineer Staff)

Technical Skills:
- Installation and configuration of LAN networks (switch and Hub) and WAN,
- Configuration of routers, switch and firewall Cisco (static routing, Rip, Ospf, Nat, X25 over IP, VLAN, STP etc …)
- Configuration of routers CXR,
- Concepts on protocol SCADA IEC 870-5-101 and encapsulation under TETRA,
Modbus protocol and protocol ICCP for functions SCADA
- Configuration of PABX ALCATEL 4400 and PABX HICOM SIEMENS,
