AGM(Inspection) (March 2008 – Oct. 2011and March 2012 – Present)
• Overall responsibility and decision making in order to ensure safe and uninterrupted operation of all static equipment.
• To review, evaluate design specification and issue recommendations for the repair, replacement of corroded or damaged components within the scope and intent of applicable codes and standards.
•To monitor the quality of the fabrication and construction work of all static equipment and maintain QC records of witnessed and approved procedures, tests and NDT methods.

ABU DHABI OIL REFINING COMPANY(TAKREER)
Inspection Engineer (Oct. 2011– March 2012)
•Carry out inspection and testing of all static equipment and piping in accordance with predetermined schedule or as/when required, to ensure compliance with standards, codes and specifications.
•Determine replacement, repair requirements and remaining service life of equipment and piping based on evaluation of inspection findings and operating condition.
•Establish, execute appropriate inspection plan. Specify suitable NDT techniques based on process streams and equipment.
•Check condition of safety relief valves, prescribe repairs as required, and certify relief pressure setting.

MANAGER (Inspection)
(July’2002 – Feb.,2008)
• Planning, organizing, supervising inspection activities related to static equipment and leading an inspection team.
• Perform routine surveillance, inspection and monitoring of the certification activities carried out on the construction sites of the company's and/or contractor's work shops.
• To prepare comprehensive pre turn around recommendation packages for perspective plant and equipment prior to their scheduled turn around. To prepare report based on turn around findings.

• To inspect all kinds of static equipment of refinery.
• To keep all inspection equipment history files up-to-date and also to keep all on-stream inspection data current.
