I am a Process Line Operator for 16 years in Nestle Philippines from February of 1992 up to February of 2008 performing the following functions:Process Line Operator; In charge for the whole operation process of Milo mixing and drying; Analyze and release finished products through analyzing its organoleptic (color, appearance and taste), moisture content, specific gravity, acidity and total solid content; Responsible for releasing Milo finished goods. and as Filling Machine Operator: Operates Fuji Machine for Milo powder; Responsible for the quality of the product being produce such as the weight, leak, appearance and other measure regarding the filling of Milo powder.And one year experience, respectively: In Saudia Dairy & Food Company(SADAFCO)
Jeddah, Saudi Arabia as Juice Mixing and Process Operator with the following functions: In charge with mixing and processing of juice drinks; Operates and troubleshoot Tetra Aseptic/Processor and Al-Safe; Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of the equipments; Responsible for analyzing the product standards (Brix and Ph); Responsible for product safety; In charge with the daily CIP of the equipments; In charge with the preparation of chemicals for CIP use such as caustic soda and nitric acid; In charge with the preparation of the ingredients; Responsible for the maintenance of the machine, trouble shooting and adjustments in order to meet the target efficiency; Operates the machine on a standard parameters with a productivity of a minimum of 95%and a maximum of 105% efficiency; Conduct leak and metal detection test in order to meet product safety.

And at present with present Baxter Company Limited Dammam, KSA as the Team Leader in charge with Packing Line Section Responsible for the performance of area and line clearances between batches. This involves removal of all material from the previous batch.Responsible for setting up the line prior to production such as setting up label applicator, printing carton labels, testing the weigher and setting up the scanner.Perform advanced quality control procedures including sampling, testing, sterilizer records review, physical testing, periodic checks etc. Responsible for the movement of material to, from and within production areas. Responsible for the distribution of manning in the line. Inspection of product for defects for various stages of the process such as Output per hour, Defects per Million units produced and Complaint per Million units produced. In charge with the documentation of every batch being run such as the router, defects analysis, sterility, accountability, packing checker chart and all samples to be taken to QA. In charge with the GMP in the area.
