21 years of experience in Design & Detail Engineering of Static Equipment for Oil & Gas, Refineries, Petrochemical, Fertilizers and Chemical Plants. Experience of wide ranging Pressure Equipments such as: Pressure Vessels, S&T Heat Exchangers, Columns, Reactors, Storage Tanks, Filters, Pig Traps, Slug Catchers, Air Fin Coolers, Plate Heat exchangers etc.
Review of FEED documents, Client Specifications, Material requisitions, Vendor offer evaluation & Technical Recommendation, Review of Vendor Documents, technical interactions (internal and external), job planning including manpower planning.
Interface engineering – Interactions with Process, Piping, Civil, Instrumentation, Machinery & Electrical disciplines. Interact with Projects for schedule, progress related matter. Participating in 3D-Model reviews.
Interact with Vendors, PMC, Client on various technical issues
Conversant with wide ranging international codes and standards like ASME SEC VIII DIV. 1 & 2, ASME Sec II, API 620, API 650, API 661, API 662, TEMA, NACE MR0175/ISO 15156. Exposure to ALPEMA, BS 5500, AD Merkblatter, IBR, ASME B31.4 & B31.8 etc.
Familiar with the requirements of Shell DEPs, GASCO DGS, Petronas PTS, EIL specifications and other international company standards and specifications.
Experience of Technical leadership & Managerial roles.
Nature of Projects handled: Oil & Gas, Refineries, Petrochemical, Fertilizers, Chemical.
Work experience with Engineering consultancies, EPC Contractor and PMC organization.
