Fire and Safety Practitioner with more than thirteen (13) years experience in all phases of fire and safety works; with related experience in Refinery and Petrochemical Environment (Construction and Commissioning Phase).
Vast experience in conducting safety audits ensuring that the company’s Safety Management Systems are being put into practice.
Reviews of Pre-Task Planning or Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) as prepared by workers and conducts audit to check actual implementation of the same.
Reviews work methodologies prepared by project or subcontractor staff to see to it that all risks involve for each step are identified and safety precautions are completely spelled out and will be put in place.
Attends and conducts daily Toolbox Meeting to remind workers about their personal safety in their workplace.
Comes up with continuous improvement and strict implementation of the Safety Manual and integrate the culture of our clients in the said manual.
Member of the Pre Start up Safety Review (PSSR) Team representing Corporate Safety and Fire Protection Department with the tasks of conducting site walkthroughs, inspections, testing and commissioning of various safety equipments and fire protection suppression systems during PETRORabigh Construction and Commissioning Phase.
Possesses good background in office administration, engineering & planning and dealing with sub-contractors.
Participated in conducting safety and fire prevention awareness campaign through safety talks, lectures, seminars etc., thus providing a safe working atmosphere for all contractor and company personnel.
Ample understanding in administering proper emergency medical care through Standard First Aid and Professional CPR with AED instructions.
