As a medical representative in Hikma Pharmaceuticals for one year in Dubai and north of emirates, my primary goal is to promote the company's products, negotiate the sales orders to achieve the assigned quota and maintain long-term relationships with physicians/pharmacists in private hospitals and pharmacies in the appointed territory. I also hold group presentations in hospitals to specialist physicians, speculate and analyze potential target market and plan accordingly. This is efficiently managed through coordinating team's work effort, stress management associated with meeting sales quotas and deadlines, and reporting timely to higher management.
