Position: HVAC Technician OFF SHORE

Work Descriptions:

*Operate and monitor 2 units chiller York Screw Type 120TR.
*Operate and monitor 3 units Packaged Type and 37 unit Split a/c 3 HP,8 units 5 HP split a/c. *Carries out a variety of preventive maintenance work for HVAC equipment such as all heating, vents, central A/C units, A/C window units, freezers and refrigerating equipment.
*Trouble-shoots breakdowns, diagnoses faults and executes repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment.
*Maintains good housekeeping at work site and ensures tools and equipment are kept in good working order.
*Observes all Company Rules, Procedures and Instructions for Safety in the performance of my own task. *Repairs, replaces and/or installs various HVAC equipment and auxiliaries as instructed. Includes diagnosing faults, obtaining parts, equipment and tools and initiating repairs/replacements or referring more complex repairs to the hierarchy.
*Adheres to all safety rules and regulations in carrying out work. Includes following detailed procedures indicated in work permits.
*Performs electrical lock off and lock out of low voltage equipment respectively prior to and after maintenance interventions as per procedures utilizing equipment list which approval has to be given by the Maintenance Superintendent..
*Reports to hierarchy on time spent, work carried out, materials used and any further.
