Retail Loan

„X Opening new Accounts for customers during migration to Ahlibank
„X Knowledge about customer account details like if there is hold, available balance, installments, overdrawn and other transaction
„X Receiving files from Credit Dep.
„X Check the files if it¡¦s uncompleted.
„X Register New Loan Application (Housing & Consumer).
„X Register New Low Start Loans.
„X Register New fixed loans for housing.
„X Register Additional Drawdown.
„X Follow up the pending file customer with branches or departments if there is any.
„X Disbursement loan after approval.
„X After disbursement, send the files to the branch.
„X Register Premature Request.
„X Register Partial Loan Payment.
** Update the Customer profile (Address) on the system of equation.
** Input account hold.
** Maintain/Delete Account Hold.
** Answering the customers inquires.
*** Receiving e-mails from branches regarding loans problems, inquiries...etc.

Business Communication Dep.

„X Receiving SWIFT messages
„X Capturing customer signatures and downloaded them in the system
„X Modifying customer information in the system
„X Authorizing customer signature either accepting or rejecting of there is lack of information

(ATM cards ¡§Debit card¡¨)
„X Create new customer (ATM) cards.
„X Create new password for the customer.
„X Follow up the transactions financial and refund the amount to the account if the customer want withdrawal the amount from any ATMs machine and didn't receive it.
„X Cancel the cards (lost, damage) for customer.
„X Activation of ATM cards
„X Receiving e-mails and calls from branches regarding card problems or other inquires...etc
„X Preparing vouchers for debiting and crediting amount in the system

(Visa cards ¡§credit card¡¨)
„X Create new customer (visa) cards.
„X Block the cards (lost, damage) for customer.
„X Activation of visa cards
„X Receiving e-mails and calls from branches regarding customer inquires about outstanding limit of the card, statement of consuming , available balance, charges ...etc
