Duties Involved:

•Inspect pipe fit-ups, alignment and visual inspection of all welds

•Ensure implementation of Quality Control Plans and procedures
•Fit-up inspection, Welding Inspection – Before, during, and after welding
•Welding consumable control
•Final dimension inspection
•Review of Isometric drawings and ensure approved WPS as well as qualified welders are available
•Ensure that approved WPS are followed
•Prepare daily inspection reports
•Interpret/ review NDT reports and maintain all related file and records
•Ensure that inspection/ testing equipment at site are with valid calibration
•Co-ordination with Client Inspector for daily welding activities and for stage inspection.
•Maintain and update all quality related documents at site
