Professional Experience
•Over 20 years of experience in maintenance/mechanical planning/commissioning & start up, and reliability improvements of rotating and static equipment of refineries and nine years of work experience in the maintenance of LNG plants
•Actively involved in RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) Analysis and structuring failure and maintenance data for developing cost effective reliability based maintenance program
•Extensive involvement in the maintenance and repair of rotating and static equipment of LNG plant including pumps, compressors, gas turbines, fans, heat exchangers, vessels, valves, heaters, etc
•Technical skills to investigate and solve mechanical failures, unexpected maintenance problems and trouble shooting
•Extensive knowledge and involvement in mechanical commissioning and start up of LNG plant and sulphur recovery unit.
•Strong knowledge and experience of providing on floor training to the users for SAP plant maintenance modules
•Experienced of working with Asset Performance Management System (Meridium)
•Recognized performance in getting quality data for conducting different statistical analyses
•Ability in the planning and supervision of the mechanical activities carried out in the plant process area.
•Ability to provide technical support to work team.
•Ability to lead and motivate others
•Ability to work in a team oriented approach
•Excellent verbal and written communication in Skills
Eductation
•Higher National Diploma in Mechanic industrial Maintenance (H N D) at National Institute of Hydrocarbons and Chemistry of Boumerdes (ALGERIA)

•SAP (ERP ECC 5.0) System training (maintenance module)
•Meridum system (Maintenance Reliability System)
