o Familiarized in all drilling materials and equipments.
o Ordering materials through Purchase Order (P.O.) and received against packing list.
o Checking any discrepancy or damage of all materials received in store and preparation of the relevant documents and report to my direct supervisor.
o Conduct inventory on all materials as per goods delivery and withdrawal.
o Maintain minimum / maximum stock level and order if the materials necessarily needed for operation.
o Issue materials as per order / issuance procedure.
o Monitoring of out going / incoming shipment and received as per purchased order.
o Organizing materials received for easy withdrawal.
o Posting of all material transfer with the corresponding unit cost and submit to the account department.
o Receiving / preparing, receiving report for local purchasers.
