Equipment Handled-Continuous stirred tank reactor,Plug flow reactor, Evaporators,MEG column,DEG column,Compressors, Campanders,Turbines, VFD based cryogenic process pumps,continuous distillation column, Baby boilers, Batch vaccum distillation,pumps

To looking all commissioning activity of 100 TPD air separation plant & working in production and process of air separation plant as Oxygen; Nitrogen; Argon production. And Inox plant 1260/260 and 50 TPD plants, which supply to HSM, SIP, and BF through pipe line.
Operating the unit operations like distillation column, heat exchanger, dryer, vaporizer, Cooling tower, Air compressor, water pump, and oxygen compressor.
1. Production (ERP – SAP)
 Achieving production targets as per the Quality, Safety and Cost objectives (Performance Contract).
 Plant performance analysis & Data generation followed by action plan.
 Prepare MIS reports for the overall unit operations assisting future action plans.
 Daily tracking of production v/s plan, Losses & ERP based stock verification.
 Preparation of daily production process Records reports in sap r/3
 All equipment Breakdowns in SAP. & every month TPM completed.
 Knowledge of PLC and scada

2. Commissioning activity
• Monitoring, supervising and checking the Contractor Piping Activities at the Construction Site on a day to day basis and reporting accordingly
• Prepares daily progress reports and forward to planning department.
• Planning & expediting the project activities to meet the schedule.
• Implementation within the budgeted time lines and costs
• Coordinating with consultants and Vendors.
• Supervising piping works to be performed by construction contractor and insure the compliance with established construction schedule and project requirements
• Isometric drawing checking to ensure the correct material use for construction.
• Responsible for Monitoring Fabrication and Erection of Piping as per applicable Codes, Standards, and Specification
• Perform line routing for small bore piping as per P&ID requirements.
• Inter-connection of various process piping to Vessel, Columns, Furnace, Pumps and Package Boiler
• Execution of hydro test and pneumatic test of process piping and pickling process and thawing.

Education :-

 Diploma in Chemical Engineering, MS-BTE Maharashtra with first class (64%) in june2008.

 Passed Bachelor of Arts (HINDI) in Mumbai University 2009

 Passed I.T.I (Attended operator in chemical plant) in New Delhi university with first class (72%) in the year 2002

 Passed N.C.T.V.T (Attended operator in chemical plant) in New Delhi University with first class (60%) in the year 2004

 Complete P.G course in processing engg. In Santa Cruz in suvidhya institute of tech.
