• Conduct an HSE Induction for newly hired workers
• Works in partnership with managers or project heads to ensure the health, safety and well being of workers, clients are in place at all times.
• Provide expertise to assist area Project Teams in resolving safety-related issues.
• Coordinate, report and follow-up all safety assessments, including internal (Sahid) and external (BLNG, Shell Global) assessments, Regulatory Audits and Independent.
• Participate in kick-off meetings
• Develop an HSE technical training and competency matrix for 300+ employees
• Prepare and apply designated Safety Management Systems
• Advising Line Managers on the most suitable methods for closing gaps in HSE competences.
• Reviewed standard & procedure for compliance with applicable laws and safety codes.
• Ensure that the company has, at all times, the capability and resources to operate safely.
• Monitoring and enforcing of the HSE target and plan
• Carry out regular site inspection to ensure it is conformance with the standards and procedures.
• Maintaining standards, procedures and guidance documentation related to HSE training.
• Working with line managers to ensure that positions requiring formal HSE competence assurance are identified, that position holders are assessed and that any competence gaps and potential risks are effectively addressed.
