have five yrs of exp in gulf in the field of Cost Estimation & quantity surveying..worked on high rise projects,villas,indutrial warehouses,handling variations,taking a complete responsibilty on the submission of project in a competent manner.

Company Details : Construction Company undertaking Steel bldgs & Rcc bldgs
Position : Department Engineer

Scope of Work :
•Responsible for the overall works for the submission of tender/Turn key proposal.
•Co-ordination with concerned depts for the submission of tender in a competent way
•Follow up with Consultant for dwg approvals.
•Quantity workout for the given tender/turnkey proposal
•Sending quotations to Mep Subcontractors, PEB Subcontractors and to the Misc suppliers
•Prepare rate analysis
•Evaluating the received Quotations and advising the management accordingly
•Attending meetings with consultant & client.
•Visiting the municipality for to be aware of new regulations to be incorporated in our works.

2.Company Name : Aryene Properties Ltd in Dubai, U.A.E
Position : Project engineer
Scope of Work :
•Co-ordination and follow-ups with consultant for project design approvals ,land survey, plot demarcation,etc
•Co-ordinating between the master developers and the management, for concerned project regulations, payment terms, project launching ,etc
•Attending meetings, visiting land department(RERA) for registrations
•Floating queries for rate analysis, quantity workout for the project, etc

After finishing my schooling & 2yrs of intermediate education,completed my four yrs of degree in civil engineering.
