-1987-1990 I was engineer (new entry) and I coordinate underground drilling team for explosion excavation, in supply and diversion galleries, on concrete double arch dam construction.In exterior I participate with one team for excavation of dam ampriza (dam foundation) with air drilling equipments and explosives for shooting.
-1990-2007 I was plant chief of WWTP in CAROM -rubber manufacturer (petrochemical industry). I lead 120 subordinates : technological operators, mechanics, electricians and chemical and microbiological laboratory staff for discharge water monitoring into river. I ensured interface with State organizations authorized for industrial waste water and environmental specify activities.
-2007-prezent I am HSSE chief engineer and also I plan and manage internal quality and environmental audits for all activities, train and assist all employees to effectively use the quality and environmental management system requirements. I am responsible for quality and environmental management sistem.

In 1987 I graduated Polytechnic Institute of Iasi-Romania, Hidrotechnical Faculty, specialization : dam construction, river regularization , waste water treatment , environmental , drink water treatment and distribution network , sewerage.
