JOB PROFILE:
Working as a Design Engineer for Fuel Oil Systems & Auxiliary Piping for Power Plants. Work includes Engineering and Designing of piping systems for both the packages and Designing of Tanks (Fixed roof) as per API-650

Project : INDIRA GANDHI SUPER THERMAL POWER PROJECT
(3X500MW), UNIT-I, II & III. JHAJJAR,HARYANA.
Package: FUEL OIL HANDLING & STATION PIPING SYSTEM.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Preparation of piping layout, Equipment layout, Plot plan etc.
2. Design Calculations of pipe sizing, pipe wall thickness, NPSH & Pump Suction,Steam Requirements, Thermal expansion of pipe, Insulation thickness sizing etc.
3.Designing & calculation of Heavy fuel oil tank(HFO), Light fuel oil tanks(LDO),LDO Day tank,Condensate storage tank(CST),Drain oil tank & Drinking water tank.
4. Proficient in preparing isometric drawings with MTO and Support.
5. Preparation of Valve data sheet, B.O.Q of tanks piping & structure for whole project.
6. Preparation of P&ID for Fuel oil and LP piping system.
