Key Deliverables:
ĉ Heading Mechanical maintenance activities of the whole petrochemicals complex (consisting of 400,000 TPA Ethylene capacity Gas Gracker, downstream (MEG, EO, PP, LDPE, LLDPE & Butene-1 and utility plants).
ĉ Ensuring mechanical integrity and availability of mechanical equipments of the entire complex.
ĉ Accountable for reliability evaluation and enhancement projects implementation by identifying and executing Management of Change-Technology and Profit Improvement Opportunities.
ĉ Planning, executing and evaluating turnarounds at complex level.
ĉ Deciding annual budget for mechanical maintenance, revamp and capacity enhancements.
ĉ Strategy planning and execution of maintenance policies and practices.
ĉ Getting the Basic Rights.

Key Highlights:
ƒâ Successfully completed without any incident the online repair (Up to 65M) of main flare (Total height: 102 M) structures & painting to reduce the shutdown time & to match with complex shutdown in April-May¡¦10.This includes mitigation plan for all risks involved like development of metallic/Water shield for rescue operation for the manpower involved.
ĉ Developed various safety procedures & its training modules for imparting training to employees & contract workers, safety guide & safety rules pocket book for employees & contract workers, etc.
ƒâ Successfully handled one mega turnaround in April-May¡¦10 as shutdown manager of whole complex.
ĉ Headed Electrical and Instrumentation disciplines along with mechanical of Gas Cracker, Ethylene Oxide/ Ethylene Glycol and Air Separation plants in 2001-2004.
ĉ Successfully handled four major turnarounds as maintenance head of Gas Cracker, EO-EG and ASP including critical activities of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation disciplines in 2001-2004.
ĉ Maintenance activities, reliability issues and shutdown programs as head of mechanical & electrical disciplines for Gas Cracker Plant in 1998-2001.
ĉ Pivotal in mechanical maintenance of Captive Power plant, raw water and fire water system, DM Water system, Compressed air system, Waste water treatment plant as Maintenance Manager (Off sites and Utilities) in 1994-1998.
ƒâ Operations & maintenance of Captive Power Plant including all Utilities systems in 1989¡V1992.
ĉ Project and commissioning of Offsites and Utilities in 1986-1989.
